Bartenders
Our drink masters are polished and polite. They bring to your event a level of professionalism usually found only in the finest watering holes. These Austin area bartenders are known for carrying out their assignments gracefully and effectively. No matter how big the crowd, they’ll create an intimate atmosphere in your event’s bar area. Cocktail Servers Think of our servers as mobile bartenders. They work the crowd and cater to guests who are busy socializing, or are not able to get to the bar area. Bar Backs A bartenders assistant who sets up the bar, stocks the coolers, prepares condiment trays, washes glasses throughout the night, and keeps the bar area clean and attractive. If your event requires more than one beverage-serving area, the bar back will play a key role ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Tray Passers They serve and replenish the food and hors d’oeuvres throughout the course of the event. Buffet Service The specified staff stays behind the buffet, keeping area clean from trash, debris or spills, replenishes food as needed, helps assist plating food, answers any and all questions concerning the menu items and can assist guests with allergies as to which foods would be recommended. Plated Serving Staff This staff can do more than just serving, when specified the staff will plate the food in a fashion to make sure the food is served warm, tray the food and serve it to the tables in an order predesignated by the host. General Waitstaff This waitstaff keeps the order for catered food. Cleans up empty plates, dishes, glassware and more. They can take orders for specialty requested food and drinks. Bussers/Cleanup Crew Cleanup Crew is exactly as it sounds and more. This team can clean up everything from debris, leftover food and drinks to decor. When specified they can return all tables and chairs to original origin, take down and organize decor and sweep and mop designated areas to ensure the area was left even better than when we found it. Promotional Models Our event models know how to inspire consumer demand for a product, service, brand, or concept through direct interaction with event-goers. Their looks and warm personalities help consumers identify with the product or service and with the company behind it. On-Site Manager/Captain When booking a large event or private party, it is crucial that someone takes charge and makes sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Our managers/captains delegate responsibilities, oversee all activities, and act as liaisons between the client and the event staff. |

We have a three (3) hour service minimum, and require a minimum of one hour of additional service time for set-up, and 30 minutes for break-down which are included in your quote.

We offer 3 standard packages, which can be modified or we can customize one specifically for you. Package rates are based on 3 events hours, for up to 50 guests. There will be additional fees added to the base package rate for additional time and/or guests, in order to provide you and your guests' ample supplies for your event.
